Solar Cooking

I admit that I am not a big fan of solar cooking, but many folks are devoted to it. without a doubt it is the lowest energy cost approach to cooking that is available and it is said to work great. The disadvantage I see is one of convenience. If you do elect to use solar cooking as a primary cooking choice, you might still need to consider a "backup" for those times when cooking is required in less than favorable wheather and for preparing the occassional midnight snack.
